No Refunds or Credits Policy
Please ensure that your vehicle is in proper working condition prior to registering for and participating in the event. No refunds or credits will be issued to participants who have registered for or pre-run the course and are unable to participate due to vehicle breakdowns, mechanical problems, car trouble, or other vehicle-related issues occurring up to and including the day before the race.
Participants are responsible for the condition, maintenance, and reliability of their own vehicles. Mechanical failures or transportation issues are considered circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers and therefore do not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or other compensation.
All racers/navigators will require a season (calendar year) membership ($40 pre-registration, $65 (starting at contigency day)) apart from registration fee. A new waiver is required for every race for every person. (Ex. Driver and co-driver or in the case of multiple drivers/navigators)
Race Cutoff Time and DNF Policy
Each race will have a designated cutoff time established by the race officials. The cutoff time may vary for each event based on the total number of laps or miles, course distance, terrain difficulty, and overall race conditions.
Any racer who crosses the finish line after the established cutoff time will be recorded as a Did Not Finish (DNF). A DNF will disqualify the racer from receiving an official finishing position or podium placement. As a result, the racer will not be eligible for any monetary prize associated with an official finishing position.
If a racer completes the greatest number of laps within their class but fails to cross the finish line before the established cutoff time, the race officials may, at their discretion, recognize the racer with a non-official placement in their respective class. Such recognition will not constitute an official podium placement and will not qualify the racer for monetary prizes
